Web Application Developer - Seeking IT professional with extensive web design and development experience in an ASP.NET environment utilizing a tiered architecture. Requires expert level knowledge in ASP.NET and web-related technologies as well as proficiency with SQL Server database design and development. All work is performed in a team-based environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged. Individual should desire a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and possess a willingness to do “whatever it takes” to get the job done. Position will require hands on IT experience, and the ability to work independently while working as a member of team.

Job responsibilities may include: 1.Develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information. 2.Configure dissimilar sources of data in easily utilizable formats. 3. Monitor inbound and outbound data flows, input or output data sets. 4.Maintain the data quality and stability of the platform. 5. Improve code efficiency, communicate all issues to appropriate personnel, and suggest improvements and innovations. 6.Travel and/or relocation required. 7.Use of Oracle, SQL Server, ASP, V.Basic, VB Script, Cold Fusion, IIS-Windows. Job Requirements/ Experience include: 1.Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, any Technology, MIS, CIS, or related field. 2.Plus 1 year in the job offered or 1 year in a related occupation such as Programmer, Database Administrator, Systems Analyst or related experience. 3.Will accept 3 years of college education and 3 years of related experience or 2 years of college education and 6 years of related experience in lieu of required education and experience. 4.Will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience as per the requirements cited above. 5. 40 hrs/week, 8AM-5PM.

Account Supervisor Position - AGDATA is the world's leading supplier of database marketing solutions to the agricultural industry. Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, AGDATA works with companies around the world providing marketing database, marketing services and web-based data access solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the client’s principal contact and lead AGDATA’s team to effectively and successfully deliver value. 2.To provide strategic marketing advice to our clients on how they can best use their data/Internet systems to achieve their business goals. It is envisaged that the Account Supervisor become involved in our Client’s strategic planning process. 3.To negotiate contracts with existing clients. 4.To work very closely with client’s marketing and sales staff to help gain an understanding of their data and how it can be used to their benefit. 5.To act as the link between the Client and AGDATA’s Technical staff. This will involve providing the Technical Team with a detailed brief on each Job for the Client and the expected outputs as a result of the Job. The Account Supervisor will also be involved in checking the results of the Job before delivery to the Client. 6.To provide a Monthly and Weekly report highlighting main activities and key client/market developments. 7.To manage preparation of monthly invoices at the start of each month and to monitor and manage client receivables. 8.To recommend opportunities to develop business with existing and new Clients. 9.To sell AGDATA’s services to potential new clients, which will involve the preparation and presentation of project proposals.
The successful candidate will have:
1.An understanding of the agricultural industry and have held key sales and marketing roles with a crop protection manufacturer 2.3 - 5 plus years management experience 3.The ability to manage the account, while working as a member of the account team 4.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion 5.The ability to think creatively and analytically 6.Proven active listening skills 7.The ability to present persuasively and concisely using the latest technology 8.Management of specific database projects, including – writing project specifications, working with programmers to complete the work and analyzing results 9.The ability to maintain a positive team environment and guide the advancement of others on the team 10.Concise and persuasive communication skills 11.An ability to bridge the gap between the client and programming staff 12.An understanding of business issues, including financial management 13.Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multi-task, very adaptable to ever changing requirements 14.Able to develop innovative solutions when problems arise 15.Build and foster relationships with multiple clients 16.Highly motivated self-starter.
